Dr. Florence Oluchi SunnyIbeh

PhD · CMC · FCIA · FIIM · MCIPM · MNIM

Dr. Florence Oluchi SunnyIbeh, known to her audience as Dr. Oluchi, helps organisations turn investment in people into measurable performance. She is Co-Founder and CEO of Edusage Consult Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015-certified human capital firm accredited by the Nigerian Council for Management Development, serving multinationals, regulators and government institutions from Lagos and Port Harcourt.

Proven at scale.

She led the Dangote Cement Retail Execution Excellence Programme, a seven-region national rollout for 154 commercial leaders at Africa's largest cement producer, won through competitive pitch. Its North-Central cohort rated the programme 4.84 out of 5, with 100% willing to recommend it. Over more than two decades she has trained and assessed over 3,000 managers across manufacturing, energy, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, logistics, financial regulation and the public service.

Results, not attendance.

Every programme is evaluated using the Kirkpatrick New World Model and the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM), so clients can see whether learning is applied on the job. Each engagement closes with a signed impact report with clear findings and costed recommendations.

Operator and scholar.

Her practice is grounded in HR and operations at GlaxoSmithKline, UAC of Nigeria Plc and Dunlop Nigeria, and in doctoral research: she holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, publishes peer-reviewed work on competence management and employee resilience, and teaches at postgraduate level at Ajayi Crowther University. Her executive education includes Lagos Business School and the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, London.

Trusted by her profession.

She is a facilitator and assessor for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a facilitator for the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Nominated Alumni President of the Human Resource Academy, Class of 2026, Lagos Business School.
