Congratulations on being nominated Alumni President of your Lagos Business School Human Resource Academy class. What does this recognition mean to you personally and professionally?

Thank you. Personally, it is a deep honour. After more than 25 years in this profession, I returned to the classroom at Lagos Business School because I believe a leader must remain a learner. To be trusted by the same peers I learned alongside is humbling, because that kind of trust is earned in small moments, not in titles.
