EduSage Consult Ltd. delivered a three-day Leadership Development and Change Management Programme for 22 employees of OCP Africa Fertilizers Nigeria Ltd. from 7–9 October 2025 in Abuja.

The programme focused on leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, mentoring, and change management. Through practical activities and collaborative exercises, participants strengthened their ability to lead teams, manage change, make informed decisions, and improve workplace performance.

Feedback was highly positive, with participants highlighting the programme's practical relevance and engaging delivery. The training also identified opportunities to improve communication, employee empowerment, innovation, feedback systems, inclusive decision-making, and strategic alignment.

Overall, the programme demonstrated OCP Africa’s commitment to developing adaptable, capable, and future-ready leaders.
