Edusage Consult Ltd. successfully designed and delivered a two-day Professional Excellence Masterclass for employees of Biomedical Limited, held from 22–23 September 2025 at the Biomedical Staff Training Centre, Ilorin.

The programme, themed “Emotional Intelligence and Management,” brought together 24 participants for an engaging learning experience focused on strengthening emotional intelligence, professional conduct and workplace effectiveness.

Participants explored essential areas such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, effective communication, interpersonal relationships and conflict management. The sessions also highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in building stronger teams, managing workplace pressures and improving individual and organisational performance.

Through practical discussions, real-life workplace scenarios and interactive learning activities, participants gained valuable insights into managing emotions constructively, responding professionally to challenging situations and building healthier working relationships.
